摘要: 文章研究一种可用于快速检测牛奶中鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(Salmonella typhimurium)的方法,通过在聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)扩增体系中加入嵌入式氧化/还原指示剂亚甲基蓝可以实现对扩增产物的电化学检测。文中所提出的基于丝网印刷电极的电化学检测方法可在120 min内完成对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的检测,线性范围为 $ 3 \times 10^{1} \sim 3 \times 10^{7} $ CFU/mL,且不受牛奶基质影响。该方法快速、简便、特异性好,有望应用于食源性致病菌现场快速检测。

Abstract and Keywords

Abstract: This paper proposed a method for rapid detection of Salmonella typhimurium in milk. The target amplified products of Salmonella typhimurium can be measured by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification on the electrochemical sensing interface with the assistance of intercalating redox reporter methylene blue. The proposed screen-printed electrode based electrochemical detection can be completed within 120 min with a linear range of $ 3 \times 10^{1} - 3 \times 10^{7} $ CFU/mL and it is not affected by the milk matrix. This method is fast and simple and specific, which is expected to be used in the on-site rapid detection of foodborne pathogens.
