摘要: 为快速检测特膳食品中非法添加的地西泮,文章基于经典的免疫层析侧流试纸(lateral flow strips,LFS)结合金纳米粒子(gold nanoparticles,GNPs)标记,建立一种快速、简单、方便的胶体金试纸条检测方法。结果表明:制备的试纸条能够在不到10 min的时间内完成检测,且无需复杂的预处理过程,特异性好,灵敏度高,视觉检测限可低至 $ 10.0\mu g/L $。该方法操作简单、安全便捷,可以有效地实现睡眠类特殊膳食食品中非法添加地西泮的快速检测。

Abstract and Keywords

Abstract: In order to detect illegal addition of diazepam(DZP) in special dietary foods rapidly, a fast, simple and convenient colloidal gold strip method was established based on classical lateral flow strips (LFS) and gold nanoparticles(GNPs) labeling. The results showed that the prepared strip could complete the detection in less than ten minutes without complex pretreatment process, with good specificity and high sensitivity, and the visual detection limit could be as low as $ 10.0 \mu g/L $. This method is simple, safe and convenient, and can effectively realize the rapid detection of illegal addition of DZP in special dietary foods for sleep.
