摘要: 针对稠密机结构复杂、关联参数众多和设计过程繁琐导致的传统设计方式效率低下问题,文章提出一种面向对象的稠密机知识驱动设计方法。该方法基于参数化原理,采用知识工程(knowledge based engineering, KBE)技术模拟专家设计,利用面向对象的思想进行知识表达,并针对基于案例的推理(case-based reasoning, CBR)提出一种新的案例选择方法。利用构建的稠密机辅助设计系统进行验证,结果表明,面向对象的知识驱动设计方法能显著缩短稠密机的设计周期、规范设计过程、提高设计质量。文章所提方法对于稠密机及其他工业产品的智能化、自动化设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Aiming at the low efficiency of traditional design methods caused by complex structure, numerous associated parameters and cumbersome design process of dense machine, this study proposes an object-oriented knowledge-driven design method for dense machine. This method is based on parameterization principle, uses knowledge based engineering (KBE) technology to simulate expert design, uses object-oriented thinking to express knowledge, and proposes a case selection method based on degree of difference for case-based reasoning (CBR). The effectiveness of this method is verified by constructing a dense machine auxiliary design system. The results show that the design method proposed in this paper can significantly shorten the design cycle of dense machine, standardize the design process, and improve the design quality. This method has reference value for the intelligent and automatic design of dense machine and other industrial products.
