摘要: 文章使用手性大分子引发剂 poly-1 $ _{50} $ 引发手性单体 1 与非手性单体 2 共聚得到侧基有活泼酯修饰的共聚物 poly(1 $ _{50} $-1 $ _{50} $/2 $ _{n} $),采用后修饰的方法将羟基修饰的荧光分子 3a、3b、3c 与 poly(1 $ _{50} $-1 $ _{50} $/2 $ _{n} $) 进行酯交换反应,即可得到不同荧光基团修饰的手性螺旋聚异腈 poly(1 $ _{50} $-1 $ _{50} $/3 $ _{n} $)。通过核磁共振氢谱( $ ^{1} $H nuclear magnetic resonance, $ ^{1} $H NMR)、氟核磁共振谱( $ ^{19} $F nuclear magnetic resonance, $ ^{19} $F NMR)等手段对聚合物的结构进行表征,使用圆二色光谱(circular dichroism,CD)、荧光光谱及圆偏振发光(circularly polarized luminescence,CPL)光谱对聚合物的光学性质进行表征,发现共聚物 poly(1 $ _{50} $-1 $ _{50} $/3 $ _{n} $) 为一类具有 CPL 效应的高分子材料。

Abstract and Keywords

Abstract: In this work, the chiral macromolecular initiator poly- $ 1_{50} $ was used to initiate the copolymerization of chiral monomer 1 and chiral monomer 2, generating copolymer poly( $ 1_{50}-1_{50}/2_{n} $) with active ester modification on the pendants, and then the hydroxy-modified fluorescent molecules 3a, 3b, and 3c were reacted with poly( $ 1_{50}-1_{50}/2_{n} $) by post-modification. The chiral helical poly( $ 1_{50}-1_{50}/3_{n} $) modified with different fluorescence groups can be obtained. The structures of the polymers were characterized by $ ^{1}H $ nuclear magnetic resonance( $ ^{1}H $ NMR) and $ ^{19}F $ nuclear magnetic resonance( $ ^{19}F $ NMR), etc. The optical properties of the polymers were characterized by circular dichroism(CD), fluorescence spectrum and circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) spectrum. It is found that polymer poly( $ 1_{50}-1_{50}/3_{n} $) is a type of polymer material with CPL effect.
