摘要: 文章通过乙醇注入法制备了藏红花酸纳米脂质体, 利用透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscope, TEM)表征其外观形态结构特征; 对白酒灌胃雄性昆明鼠进行酒精性肝损伤诱导建模, 同时灌胃藏红花酸纳米脂质体, 分析其对酒精性肝损伤的预防和治疗效果。记录酒精性肝损伤模型建立过程中小鼠体质量变化, 检测血液和肝脏中各项酒精性肝损伤生理指标, 并对小鼠肝组织进行苏木素伊红(H\&E)染色, 观察肝脏组织形态变化。结果表明, 藏红花酸纳米脂质体显著增加了小鼠体内乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的活性, 加快了酒精在小鼠体内的代谢速度, 说明藏红花酸纳米脂质体具有一定的抗酒精性肝损伤的活性。

Abstract: In this paper, crocetin loaded nanoliposomes were prepared by ethanol injection method. The morphological features were observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM). Alcoholic liver injury model was induced using Kunming male mice by oral administration of Baijiu. The anti-alcoholic liver injury activities of crocetin loaded nanoliposomes were investigated. The body weight change of mice was recorded. Major physiological indexes of alcoholic liver injury in the blood and liver were measured. The histomorphological properties of liver tissue were recorded after hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining. The results showed that the activities of alcohol dehydrogenase and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase were significantly increased by administration of crocetin loaded nanoliposomes. The metabolism rate of alcohol was accelerated in mice. The present results indicate that crocetin loaded nanoliposome has anti-alcoholic liver injury activities.
