摘要: 文章选用 1/4 车辆模型, 在 ANSYS 软件中以约束方程法模拟胶接缝并求解桥梁模型, 采用全过程迭代法对车桥耦合模型进行求解。以胶接缝腹板测点剪应力和底板测点正应力为指标, 研究不同参数对预制节段拼装梁桥剪力键受力的影响。结果表明: 剪力键应力的变化幅度及最大值随路面不平整度的增加而增大, 随桥梁阻尼比的增大而减小, 车辆速度的影响会随车辆和测点位置的改变而改变; 车辆驶过测点截面时, 测点的剪应力会发生突变; 各参数中路面不平整度对剪力键受力影响是最大的。

Abstract: In this paper, 1/4 vehicle model was selected. The epoxy joints were simulated using the constraint equation method and the bridge model was solved in ANSYS. The inter-system iteration method was used to solve the vehicle-bridge coupling model. The effects of different parameters on the stress of shear keys of prefabricated segmental assembled girder bridge were studied using the shear stress of web plate and the normal stress of bottom plate as indexes. The results show that the variation amplitude and maximum value of shear key stress increase with the increase of pavement unevenness and decrease with the increase of bridge damping ratio. The influence of vehicle speed changes with the change of vehicle position and stress measuring point position. When the vehicle passes the section of the measuring point, the shear stress of the measuring point will suddenly change. The influence of pavement unevenness on the stress of shear keys is the largest.
