共轭超交联聚合物用于光电联用原子转移自由基聚合

摘要: 文章通过两步法合成四苯基溴化膦共轭超交联聚合物(tetraphenylphosphonium bromide conjugated hypercrosslinked polymer, TPPB-CHCP)。该聚合物具有丰富的膦基活性位点,对丙烯酸甲酯(MA)电化学介导原子转移自由基聚合(electrochemically mediated atom transfer radical polymerization, eATRP)起到良好的促进作用;同时该聚合物对300~800 nm波长的光有很好的吸收,可用于可见光宽光谱的光电子转移原子转移自由基聚合(photoinduced electron transfer-atom transfer radical polymerization, PET-ATRP)。结果表明,采用该方法得到的聚合物结构明确,转化率高于95%,分子量分布低于1.12,能够实现蓝光与电联用来合成嵌段聚合物。

Abstract and Keywords

Abstract: In this paper, tetraphenylphosphonium bromide conjugated hypercrosslinked polymer (TP-PB-CHCP) was synthesized by two-step method. The polymer has abundant phosphine-based active sites, which plays a positive role in promoting the electrochemically mediated atom transfer radical polymerization (eATRP) of methyl acrylate (MA). At the same time, the polymer exhibits excellent absorption of light at 300-800 nm. It can be used for photoinduced electron transfer-atom transfer radical polymerization (PET-ATRP) in the visible light spectrum. The results show that the structure of the polymer obtained by this method is well-defined, the conversion rate is higher than 95%, and the molecular weight distribution is lower than 1.12. This method can synthesize block polymers by integration of blue light photocatalysis and electrocatalysis.
