摘要: 针对永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor, PMSM)中谐波电流引起的转矩脉动问题,文章提出一种考虑铁损的谐波抑制算法。首先建立考虑铁损电阻的凸极式PMSM等效电路模型,得到状态空间方程以及电压方程表达式;然后引入模型参考自适应系统(model reference adaptive system, MRAS)来辨识铁损电阻,并在此基础上加入反馈校正环节;最后将辨识得到的铁损电阻引入到谐波抑制算法中,以抑制铁损对控制系统的影响,增强谐波抑制效果。仿真和实验结果表明,加入反馈校正环节的MRAS可以快速准确地辨识铁损阻值,所提算法可以有效地减少谐波含量。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of torque ripple caused by harmonic current in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), a harmonic suppression algorithm considering iron loss is proposed. The equivalent circuit model considering iron loss resistance for salient pole PMSM was established, the expressions of state space equation and voltage equation were derived, and then a corrective feedback loop was added to the model reference adaptive system (MRAS) to identify the iron loss resistance. Finally, the identified iron loss resistance was taken into the harmonic suppression algorithm to eliminate the influence of the iron loss on the control system and enhance the effect of harmonic suppression. Simulation and experimental results show that MRAS with a corrective feedback loop can quickly and accurately identify the iron loss resistance, greatly reducing the high harmonic content.
