摘要: 文章结合郑州市轨道交通10号线盾构下穿南水北调干渠工程,针对盾构掘进的粉质黏土地层工况,根据相似理论计算相似材料的相似比尺,通过大量的相似材料配比试验,配制出一种新的粉质黏土相似材料,相比于原状粉质黏土,该相似材料呈现出“高密度、高摩擦角、低黏聚力、低压缩模量”的性质特点;通过对铁粉质量、锯末质量比、膨润土质量比、水质量4个因素的敏感性分析,获得铁粉、锯末等基础材料对相似材料物理力学性质指标的敏感性,并提出严控含水量的重要性。研究成果可为开展粉质黏土相似模型试验提供相似材料配比方案,为郑州市域该土层内的相关工程建设提供参考。

Abstract and Keywords

Abstract: Based on the shield tunneling project of Line 10 of Zhengzhou Rail Transit crossing underneath the trunk canal of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, according to the working condition of silty clay stratum in shield tunneling and the similar ratio of similar material calculated by the similar theory, a new similar material of silty clay with high capacity, high friction angle, low cohesion and low compression modulus was formulated through a large number of tests on the proportioning of similar material. Then, the sensitivity analysis of four factors including quality of iron powder, quality of water, content of sawdust and content of bentonite was conducted to obtain the sensitivity of the bases such as iron powder and sawdust to similar material property indexes, and the importance of strict control of water content was proposed. The research results provide a proportioning scheme of similar material for conducting similar model tests on silty clay, which are valuable for the construction of related projects of this soil stratum in Zhengzhou City.
