方钢管再生混凝土中长柱的抗震损伤分析

摘要: 方钢管再生混凝土柱可以充分发挥钢材与再生混凝土的材料性能优势,不仅具有良好的力学性能和抗震性能,而且还科学地处理了建筑垃圾。为了探索方钢管再生混凝土中长柱在低周往复荷载作用下的损伤演化规律,文章根据6根柱的低周往复加载试验,研究钢管壁厚、轴压比和长细比3个参数对试件抗震损伤的影响,分析各试件的破坏形态和刚度退化规律,且采用4种损伤分析模型对各试件进行损伤分析研究。基于不同损伤模型的计算结果,给出方钢管再生混凝土中长柱对应不同抗震性能水准的量化损伤指标。研究结果表明:对于不同变化参数下的方钢管再生混凝土中长柱试件,不同损伤分析模型计算所得各个试件的损伤指标值都呈单调增加趋势;随着轴压比的增加,试件的承载力有所提高,变形能力减小,累积损伤加重;随着长细比的增加,试件的承载力降低,变形能力提高,累积损伤减轻;随着钢管壁厚的增加,试件的承载力和变形能力均提高,累积损伤有所减轻。

Abstract: Recycled concrete-filled square steel tubular column can give full play to the material performance advantages of steel and recycled concrete. It not only has good mechanical properties and seismic performance, but also scientifically treats construction waste. In order to explore the damage evolution law of recycled concrete-filled square steel tubular middle long columns under low cyclic loading, according to the low cyclic loading tests of six columns, the effects of three parameters of steel pipe wall thickness, axial compression ratio and slenderness ratio on the seismic damage of the specimens were studied, and the failure mode and stiffness degradation law of each specimen were analyzed. Four damage analysis models were used to analyze the damage of each specimen. Based on the calculation results of different damage analysis models, the quantitative damage index of recycled concrete-filled square steel tubular middle long columns corresponding to different seismic performance levels was given. The results indicated that for the specimens of recycled concrete-filled square steel tubular middle long columns with different parameters, the damage index values of each specimen calculated by different damage analysis models showed a monotonic increasing trend.
