摘要: 以巢湖富营养化治理和生态修复为目标的环湖圩区污染防控应首先进行圩区排放营养盐负荷量和排水量、水质及时空变化特征的全方位观测研究。文章选择环巢湖典型圩区同大圩，对圩内9座排灌站自2020年6月至2021年6月期间的各次排水进行水量水质监测记录，同时每7~10d对排灌站前池水进行取样检测，共获得968个样品，取得水样氮磷质量浓度数据5171个。结果表明：同大圩观测年内向巢湖排水 $ 1.06\times10^{8}\ m^{3} $，排水总氮（total nitrogen，TN）、总磷（total phosphorus，TP）的年均质量浓度分别为 $ (3.988\pm4.748)\ \mathrm{mg/L} $、 $ (0.236\pm0.184)\ \mathrm{mg/L} $。近一半次数的排水氨氮和TP质量浓度同时符合地表Ⅲ类要求，但仍有16%排水的TP质量浓度0.4mg/L，9%排水的氨氮质量浓度、60%以上排水的TN质量浓度超过2.0mg/L，其中部分时点氮磷质量浓度极高，对受纳河道感官和水质造成冲击。圩区排水氮磷质量浓度受降水和施肥共同影响，强降水引起的水土流失使排水颗粒态磷增加，而施肥后降水则可能引起显著的氮流失。同大圩一年间排放TN、 $ NO_{3}^{-}-N $、TP的排放量分别为57.39、348.76、173.84、32.46t，6—10月稻季TN、TP排放量分别占到全年排放量的66%、90%。排水量是决定排放负荷量的主要因素，圩区污染防控的重点首先是减少排水量，其次是削减排水氮磷质量浓度，据此提出了相应的策略举措建议。

Abstract: For the prevention and control of pollution in the polder area around Chaohu Lake with the goal of eutrophication control and ecological restoration of the lake, the discharge, nutrient emissions, water quality and spatiotemporal change characteristics of the polder area should be observed and investigated extensively. The quantity and quality of water from each discharge events of the nine drainage pumping stations in the Tongdawei Polder, a typical polder around Chaohu Lake, were monitored from June 2020 to June 2021. Meanwhile, water samples were taken and tested every 7-10 days from the pond of each station. Altogether 968 water samples and 5 171 nitrogen(N) and phosphorus(P)
