摘要: 为研究塞焊缝、侧焊缝、端焊缝3种焊缝补强型栓焊并用连接的受剪性能和破坏机理,文章对11个单一连接试件和10个焊缝补强型栓焊并用连接试件进行静力拉伸试验,通过对变形和承载性能的系统分析,明确不同焊接形式对螺栓连接受剪性能的补强效果。结果表明:侧焊缝补强型连接的破坏模式为栓杆滑移,有较好的变形能力,属延性破坏;端焊缝补强型连接的破坏模式为焊缝断裂,属脆性破坏,但承载性能高;塞焊缝补强型连接的破坏模式为塞焊缝被剪断,属脆性破坏,但方形塞焊缝对2种连接方式承载力利用率最大,因此根据不同加固要求给出了不同补强方式的建议。

Abstract: In order to further study the shear performance and failure mechanism of the bolted joints reinforced with plug-weld, side-weld and end-weld, a static tensile experimental study was carried out by testing eleven single type connection joint specimens and ten weld reinforced bolted joint specimens. The strengthening effect of various welds on the shear performance of the bolted joints was revealed by comparing their deformation and bearing capacities. The results showed that the failure mode of the side-weld reinforced bolted joint was the slipping of bolt rod, which had a good deformation capacity, and it belonged to the ductile failure. The failure mode of the end-weld reinforced bolted joint was the weld fracture, which had a high load bearing capacity, but it belonged to the brittle failure. The failure mode of the plug-weld reinforced bolted joint was the shear failure of the weld, and it belonged to brittle failure as well, while the square plug-weld reinforcement type had the largest utilization rate on the strengths of the two connection types. Therefore, suggestions for different reinforcement methods were given according to various strengthening requirements.
