摘要: 对牛粪进行水热预处理(hydrothermal pretreatment, HTP)有助于提升厌氧消化的稳定性。文章通过水热预处理强化牛粪厌氧消化，探究温度和时间对水热产物特性及后续厌氧消化的影响。结果表明，随温度上升，产炭率降低，液体产物中化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand, COD)质量浓度上升。180℃产物甲烷量高于240℃产物的产甲烷量，且180℃液体产物添加水热炭最高能提升20.75%的产甲烷量。微生物分析结果表明，240℃产物实验组中Methanobacterium相对丰度相比180℃实验组明显下降，180℃液体产物添加水热炭提升Methanobacterium相对丰度达12.19%。该研究结果对牛粪水热处理强化厌氧工艺优化有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: The hydrothermal pretreatment(HTP) for the cattle manure is beneficial to the stability of anaerobic digestion(AD). In this study, HTP was used to enhance the AD of cattle manure, and the effects of temperature and time on the characteristics of hydrothermal products and subsequent AD were investigated. The results show that with the increase of temperature, the carbon yield decreases and the chemical oxygen demand(COD) concentration in liquid products increases. The methane production of hydrothermal products at 180 ℃ is higher than that at 240 ℃, and the maximum methane production can be increased by 20.75% when hydrochar is added to liquid products at 180 ℃. The results of microbial analysis show that the relative abundance of Methanobacterium in the hydrothermal product group at 240 ℃ is significantly lower than that in the experimental group at 180 ℃, and the addition of hydrochar in the liquid product at 180 ℃ increases the relative abundance of Methanobacterium by 12.19%. The results have reference values for the optimization of anaerobic process of cattle manure enhanced by hydrothermal treatment.
