干湿交替背景下排水沟渠底质磷形态及释放风险分析

摘要: 文章针对巢湖流域的农田、村落和林地3种用地类型, 分别各自选取3种代表性排水沟渠, 采集干涸状态的沟渠底质, 开展室内淹水模式的底质磷转化模拟培养实验, 解析干湿交替情形下沟渠底质磷形态及释放风险变化特征。结果表明: 3种排水沟渠都表现出覆水初期底质总磷(total phosphorus, TP)质量比下降, 而后呈现逐步回升的变化态势; 培养前、后底质无机磷(inorganic phosphorus, IP)中铁铝结合态磷(Fe/Al-P)质量比占比变化较为明显; 培养过程中各时间点底质与初始干涸状态底质磷形态差异程度总体较为显著, 特别是TP、IP、Fe/Al-P和不稳定性磷( $ NH_{4}Cl-P $)。此外, 干湿交替使底质磷平衡质量浓度(equilibrium phosphate concentration, EPC $ _{0} $)上升, 提高了排水沟渠底质磷释放风险水平, 意味着干湿交替可能通过底质磷形态及其理化性质变化影响沟渠底质磷释放。

Abstract and Keywords

Abstract: For the three land types in the Chaohu Lake basin, the farmland, village, and woodland, three representative drainage ditches were selected from each category. The dried-up sediment from these ditches was collected for the simulation experiment of sediment phosphorus transformation in indoor flooding mode. The variation characteristics of phosphorus forms and release risk of ditch sediment under the wetting-drying alternation were analyzed. Results showed that for the three types of drainage ditches, the content of total phosphorus(TP) in sediment decreased at the initial stage of water mulching and then gradually increased, and the proportion of iron-aluminum bound phosphorus(Fe/Al-P) in sediment inorganic phosphorus(IP) changed obviously before and after culture. There were significant differences in phosphorus forms between initial dried-up sediment and sediment at different times, especially TP, IP, Fe/Al-P and $ NH_{4}Cl-P $. In addition, the wetting-drying alternation increased the equilibrium phosphate concentration( $ EPC_{0} $) in the sediment, which increased the risk level of phosphorus release from the sediment. This means that the wetting-drying alternation may affect the phosphorus release from the sediment by changing the phosphorus forms and physiochemical properties of the sediment.
