基于检测数据的排水管道缺陷发育统计特征分析

摘要

为探究排水管道缺陷发育特征,文章对南方某市2次管道闭路电视(closed circuit television, CCTV)检测数据进行统计对比分析。结果表明:2020年第1次检测时排水管道共存在17 714处缺陷,而2021年第2次检测时缺陷数量达到18 572处,增加了858处,缺陷密度增长了6%,且3、4级缺陷的管道缺陷数量占比从37.3%增长到38.9%,说明该地区排水管道的缺陷数量和缺陷级数均呈现上升趋势。进一步分析发现,管道材质、管道长度、建设年龄和外界环境等因素都对管道的健康状况产生一定影响。

Statistical characterization of drainage pipe defect development based on inspection data

Abstract

In order to explore the characteristics of the development of defects in drainage pipes, two rounds of closed circuit television(CCTV) inspection data from a city in southern China were statistically compared and analyzed. The results show that 17 714 pipe defects were identified in the first inspection in 2020, while the number of defects reached 18 572 in the second inspection in 2021, indicating an increase of 858 defects and a 6% increase in the defect density. In addition, the percentage of pipes with Grade 3 and 4 defects increased from 37.3% to 38.9%, indicating that both the number of pipe defects and the defect grade in the area are on the rise. Further analyses reveal that factors such as pipe material, pipe length, age of construction and external environment have impact on the condition of the pipes.
