场地环境限制下城市高架钢箱梁桥顶推关键施工技术与分析

摘要

随着国家城市快速发展,城市更新升级势在必行。高架桥梁作为城市交通发展的主要代表之一,其更新升级面临的场地环境限制问题突出。为探究在场地环境限制下的城市高架桥梁顶推关键施工技术,文章依托合肥市文忠路高架桥快速路项目,基于其紧邻运营地铁和城市主干道现状,系统设计研究了钢箱梁顶推,规范了顶推方案、顶推动力系统、导梁和支撑系统、滑动系统、控制系统的基本设计原则。建立考虑场地环境限制影响的钢箱梁顶推施工数值分析模型,明确顶推施工最不利工况。开展钢箱梁顶推施工监测分析,确立了关键监测点布置原则和关键步骤。该研究旨在为场地环境限制下的城市高架桥梁建设提供了科学支撑和实践依据。

Critical construction technology and analysis of steel box girder jacking for urban viaducts under site environmental constraints

Abstract

With the rapid urban development in China, urban renewal and upgrading have become essential. As an important part of the urban transportation network, urban viaducts encounter pronounced challenges due to site environmental constraints during their renewal and upgrading. Aiming at investigating the critical jacking construction technology for urban viaducts under site environmental constraints, based on the construction of Hefei Wenzhong Road Viaduct Project, and taking into account its proximity to operating subway and urban arterial roads, this paper systematically designs and analyzes the steel box girder jacking. It establishes fundamental design principles for the jacking scheme as well as jacking force system, guide beam and support system, sliding system, and control system. A numerical analysis model for the steel box girder jacking construction under site environmental constraints is developed to identify the most unfavorable construction conditions. Furthermore, the construction monitoring is performed to define the principles for arranging key monitoring points and to outline the critical procedures. The research can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the construction of urban viaducts under site environmental constraints. reference for the construction of urban viaducts under site environmental constraints.
