后修饰法合成荧光基团修饰的螺旋聚异腈及其性质研究

摘要

文章使用手性大分子引发剂poly-1501_{50} 引发手性单体1与非手性单体2共聚得到侧基有活泼酯修饰的共聚物 poly(150150/2n)\mathrm{poly}(1_{50} - 1_{50} / 2_n) ,采用后修饰的方法将羟基修饰的荧光分子3a、3b、3c与poly (150150/2n)(1_{50} - 1_{50} / 2_n) 进行酯交换反应,即可得到不同荧光基团修饰的手性螺旋聚异腈 poly(150150/3n)\mathrm{poly}(1_{50} - 1_{50} / 3_n) 。通过核磁共振氢谱( 1H{}^{1}\mathrm{H} nuclear magnetic resonance, 1H{}^{1}\mathrm{H} NMR)、氟核磁共振谱( 19F{}^{19}\mathrm{F} nuclear magnetic resonance, 19F{}^{19}\mathrm{F} NMR)等手段对聚合物的结构进行表征,使用圆二色光谱(circular dichroism, CD)、荧光光谱及圆偏振发光(circularly polarized luminescence, CPL)光谱对聚合物的光学性质进行表征,发现共聚物poly (150150/3n)(1_{50} - 1_{50} / 3_n) 为一类具有CPL效应的高分子材料。

Study on the synthesis of fluoro-modified chiral helical polyisocyanides by post-modification and their properties

Abstract

In this work, the chiral macromolecular initiator poly-1501_{50} was used to initiate the copolymerization of chiral monomer 1 and chiral monomer 2, generating copolymer poly (150150/2n)(1_{50}-1_{50}/2_{n}) with active ester modification on the pendants, and then the hydroxy-modified fluorescent molecules 3a, 3b, and 3c were reacted with poly (150150/2n)(1_{50}-1_{50}/2_{n}) by post-modification. The chiral helical poly (150150/3n)(1_{50}-1_{50}/3_{n}) modified with different fluorescence groups can be obtained. The structures of the polymers were characterized by 1H{}^{1}\mathrm{H} nuclear magnetic resonance (1)^{(1)} H NMR) and 19F^{19}\mathrm{F} nuclear magnetic resonance (19)^{(19)} F NMR), etc. The optical properties of the polymers were characterized by circular dichroism (CD), fluorescence spectrum and circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) spectrum. It is found that polymer poly (150150/3n)(1_{50}-1_{50}/3_{n}) is a type of polymer material with CPL effect.
