基于固有应变的旧钢桥加固焊接应力和变形分析

摘要

文章针对某大型桥梁实际加固修复焊接,利用独自开发的焊接变形分析系统软件,预测不同工艺和工况条件下大桥的应力和变形,获得不同条件下桥梁变形和应力的分布规律,确认该大型桥梁加固焊接施工方案的安全性。同时,该文为实际焊接工艺的优化提供了技术解决方案。

Analysis of welding stress and deformation of old steel bridge reinforcement based on inherent strain

Abstract

In this paper, for the actual reinforcement and repair of a large-scale bridge, the self-developed welding deformation analysis system software was used to analyze the welding stress and deformation of the bridge under different processes and working conditions. The distribution rule of the deformation and stress of the bridge under different conditions is obtained, and the safety of the large-scale bridge reinforcement welding construction plan is confirmed. At the same time, this paper also provides technical solutions for the optimization of the actual welding process.
