一种手性多孔配位物的合成、结构及性能研究

摘要

文章以 L-苯丙氨酸甲酯和萘-1,5-二磺酰氯为起始原料, 合成一种 $ C_{2} $ 对称性的手性桥联配体 L-H₂; 继而与锌离子通过溶剂热技术制备一种荧光性的多孔手性配合物 1, 其晶体结构通过单晶 X-射线衍射 (X-ray diffraction, XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪 (Fouier transform infrared spectrometer, FTIR) 和荧光光谱等技术进行表征。手性吸附实验证明, 手性配合物 1 能够有效地拆分外消旋的氧化苯乙烯, 获得对映体过量值为 66% 的氧化苯乙烯; 荧光传感实验结果表明, 手性配合物 1 能够有效区分氧化苯乙烯的 2 种异构体, 其荧光更容易被 R 构型的氧化苯乙烯对映异构体所淬灭, 被淬灭程度达到 60%。

Synthesis, structure, and properties of a chiral porous complex

Abstract

In this study, a chiral bridging ligand $ L-H_{2} $ with $ C_{2} $ symmetry was firstly synthesized using L-phenylalanine methyl ester and naphthalene-1,5-disulfonyl chloride as the starting reactants. A luminescent chiral porous complex 1 was then prepared through the solvothermal reaction with the obtained chiral ligand and zinc ions. Its crystal structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), and fluorescence spectroscopy. Enantiosorption experiment revealed that chiral complex 1 can effectively resolve racemic styrene oxide, yielding chiral styrene oxide with a value of 66%. Fluorescence sensing experiment proved that chiral complex 1 can effectively distinguish the two enantiomers of styrene oxide, which is evident by the fact that its fluorescence was quenched by 60% with R-configuration enantiomer of styrene oxide.
