$ SiO_{2}-TiO_{2} $ 复合膜在染料敏化太阳能电池中的应用

摘要

文章通过 Stöber 法合成粒径为 300 nm 的 $ SiO_{2} $ 纳米球, 将该纳米球以乙醇为溶剂配置成一定浓度的悬浮液, 通过旋涂法使其在染料敏化太阳能电池 (dye-sensitized solar cells, DSSCs) 的光阴极 P25 上形成一层薄膜, 再将形成的 P25- $ SiO_{2} $ 复合膜放入 $ TiO_{2} $ 溶胶中浸泡一定时间, 使得光阴极上的 $ SiO_{2} $ 纳米球被 $ TiO_{2} $ 纳米粒子包裹, 形成 $ SiO_{2}-TiO_{2} $ 核壳结构薄膜。与没有散射层的 DSSCs 相比, 以该核壳结构薄膜作为 DSSCs 的光散射层电池的光电转换效率提高了 18%。

Application of $ SiO_{2}-TiO_{2} $ composite film in dye-sensitized solar cells

Abstract

In this paper, Stöber method was applied to synthesizing 300 nm $ SiO_{2} $ nanospheres, which was dissolved in absolute ethyl alcohol to form a suspension liquid containing various concentrations. A nano-film was fabricated by coating $ SiO_{2} $ suspension liquid on P25 photoanode of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) via spin coating method. Then, the P25- $ SiO_{2} $ composite film was immersed in the $ TiO_{2} $ sol for a certain time. Therefore, the $ SiO_{2} $ nanospheres on P25 photoanode were packed by $ TiO_{2} $ nanoparticles and a film containing core-shell structure was obtained. When the $ SiO_{2}-TiO_{2} $ core-shell structure film was employed as the scattering layer of DSSCs, the efficiency of cells increases 18% compared with that of the DSSCs without the scattering layer.
