基于遗传算法的垃圾转运集装箱密封条优化设计

摘要
针对上海市联运式专用集装箱在工作过程中密封不严的状况, 文章对集装箱密封条的结构形状参数进行了优化设计。首先应用分析软件对集装箱密封条进行建模和受力分析, 然后应用神经网络与遗传算法相结合对密封条形状、高度以及宽度等参数进行设计, 最后对比优化前后密封条的各项性能。密封条优化后, 应力下降, 压缩力减少, 接触长度增加, 能有效解决箱体的渗漏状况。

Abstract
In view of the leakage of special container for multimodal transport in Shanghai City, the structural shape parameters of container seal strip were optimized. Firstly, analysis software was used to carry out the modelling of container seal strip and the force analysis. Then, the shape, height and width of the seal strip were designed by using the neural network and genetic algorithm (GA). Finally, the performance of the seal strip before and after optimization was compared. After optimizing the seal strip, the stress and compression force decreased, but the contact length increased. The optimized seal strip can solve the leakage of the box.
