$ Catsup $ 通过调控细胞内锌水平影响雌性果蝇生殖的机制研究

摘要
锌稳态与生殖健康息息相关,文章以果蝇为模型,从锌转运蛋白 Catsup 入手,发现在果蝇卵巢生殖干细胞微环境特异性沉默 Catsup 基因影响卵巢胶原蛋白的表达,从而影响卵巢结构及生殖能力。进一步研究发现,Catsup 敲低导致的生殖障碍是由于细胞质中的锌水平降低导致的。该研究为机体锌缺乏导致的生殖问题的诊断和治疗提供理论依据,具有重要研究意义。

Objective to explore the mechanism of Catsup affecting female Drosophila reproduction by the regulation of intracellular zinc

Abstract
Zinc homeostasis is closely related to reproductive health. Based on the model of Drosophila, it was found that Catsup gene silencing specifically in the microenvironment of Drosophila ovarian germ stem cells affected the expression of ovarian collagen, and then affected the ovarian structure and reproductive capacity. Further studies showed that the reproductive dysfunction caused by Catsup knockdown was due to the decrease of zinc level in cytoplasm. This study provides theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of reproductive problems caused by zinc deficiency, which is of significance.
